Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
